The MLS/IDX data feed plugin is only available for the WordPress Houzez Theme builder and for Realtors and Brokers within the United States.
MLS on the Fly has a setup fee of $1,800 plus a $250 designer fee. An initial payment of $850 is required upon MLS approval.
Realtors should sign up directly through the RF dashboard. For more information see Realtyna Houzez-Sync.

How the MLS Sync work?
MLS sync works as an additional plugin for major WordPress real estate themes like Houzez. It will pull the data from realtyna IDX servers and match it with the WordPress posts that these themes are using. So a real property record and therefore an indexable SEO friendly page will be created. We handle your record exactly like manually entered property records. It’s easy to use and all the functions of that theme work with MLS records.
What are my MLS/IDX data fees?
MLS on the Fly has a setup fee of $1,800, which includes a $950 discount for Houzez clients. An initial payment of $850 is required upon MLS approval. Clients should sign up directly through the RF dashboard. For the RF dashboard link, please contact Realtyna’s sales team. Real Brand charges a minimal $250 fee to assist the connection process.
Can I have more than one MLS Integration into my website?
Please consider that MLS Sync is designed for single MLS Feed. You can contact us for possibilities for multi MLS Integration.
What are third party issues that could result in a delay?
The main delay can happen in your MLS paperwork. Your MLS should approve you for your access. Therefore, if they delay, the process may delay as well. It’s pretty rare to wait for the MLS provider more than 14 business days.
Can I use my own hosting?
Although Realtyna provides advanced ‘managed hosting,’ you are free to choose any hosting/server that meets the system requirements.
Real Brand suggests you do not choose the lowest / economy hosting plan if you want MLS integration.
What are the Server requirements for MLS integration?
- HostingA powerful web host, VPS, or dedicated server is recommended. The amount of disk space needed depends on the MLS provider, but it’s usually around 5 MB per listing, or up to 15 MB for RESO WebAPI feeds. Images are saved locally in the hosting.
- FirewallThe firewall should allow connections to the MLS server. Some RETS feeds may require a specific port number to be opened in the firewall, such as port 6103.
- PHPPHP version 7.1 or higher is required. The iconv PHP extension should also be installed.
- MySQLMySQL version 5.6 or higher is required.
- PHP settingsThe following PHP settings are required:
- max_execution_time: 180 seconds or higher
- memory_limit: 512 MB or higher
- post_max_size: 64 MB or higher
- upload_max_filesize: 64 MB or higher
- SSH accessSSH access may be required to check server configuration. Realtyna may also need hosting access from the client’s hosting provider for support requests, such as FTP/Cpanel credentials and SSH access for the root user.
Will I receive future updates?
Yes, you will receive all future Houzez updates for life time. Each time a new update is available you will be notified automatically by email.
Can I do a bulk upload of properties to my website?
Yes, it is possible to do a bulk upload of properties to your website using Houzez theme. The theme is compatible with a plugin called WP All Import which allows you to easily import data from any XML or CSV file, regardless of its structure, into any location within your WordPress site. This plugin has an easy-to-use drag and drop interface that makes it simple to import your property data.
WP All Import Add-on will be provided with your Houzez theme builder, which is the add-on that you need to install when you want to use the WP All Import plugin. You can find the houzez-xml-csv-property-listings-import.zip file inside the downloaded theme folder.
