Printing Service Terms

All Customers requesting Print Services or ordering print products from Real Brand must agree to the following terms prior to requesting print design services and/or ordering print products. We may update this document at any time without notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the terms and conditions prior to ordering.

By requesting printing services from Real Brand Marketing, you are agreeing to the following terms. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these terms, or you may not request design and/or printing services or products from Real Brand Real Estate Marketing.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

RBM has brokered with US based Print suppliers who provide all printing and shipping of print products. RBM has no control over the date of acceptance, printing process, delivery, or choice of shipping agent. All shipping is provided by the Printer, who ships the products directly to (you) the customer. Provided shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by these suppliers.

All print orders will be provided with a Print Proof for the Customer – even if the design was provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for carefully proofing the design and text on all products they are ordering.

In no case shall Real Brand Marketing be held liable for any print order approved by the Customer and sent to the Printer. The Client accepts all risks, including costs, necessary re-orders and additional shipping costs. No returns will be granted for Customer missed mistakes on proof documents.

In no case shall Real Brand Marketing be held liable for any consequential, or real or perceived damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery, as such circumstances are beyond the direct and/or indirect control of Real Brand Marketing. All Real Brand Marketing print customers agree that Real Brand Marketing is in no way liable for any such delays in shipments.

Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, and/or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of technical difficulties, a delay in production shall not be the grounds for order cancellation.

Orders are shipped on Business days only. In the case of a Holiday, the order will leave the facility the following business day.

Please be advised that the Printer does not combine different items or orders for shipping. Due to the nature of gang-run printing, each item may be placed in a separate batch, and each batch may be completed at a different time than the rest of the items on the order. Thus, each item is shipped separately to ensure you receive your products as soon as they are ready – and each order is charged individual shipping costs. The Printer may combine shipping for items that have the same options, such as paper stock, quantity, etc.

Please note: Neither RBM nor Printer will ship to P.O. Boxes. Only verifiable physical shipping addresses will be acceptable for orders. Large orders ($350+) must have a verifiable address that matches the credit card billing address.

Please note: Shipments destined to certain zip codes will be subject to a “per shipment” surcharge. This surcharge will be in addition to all other applicable rates and charges and will be added to the freight bill as a separate line item. The surcharge will be billed to and shall be the responsibility of the party who is responsible for payment of the line haul freight charges. Upon checkout, if your zip code requires a surcharge, the surcharge will be added to the total freight cost.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

Lost or damaged claims can only be filed with RBM and/or Printer for shipments over $50.00 in value, which can only be done within 30 days from package shipment. Real Brand Marketing is not responsible for any third-party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments. Reprints will be billed at the current print with shipping prices.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the Customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Real Brand Marketing may request the Printer reship the package with the corrected address, in which case the customer may be charged an additional shipping fee for the original shipment. In no case shall Real Brand Marketing be held responsible or liable for a lost or stolen packages due to Customer error.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Orders of $500 or greater will require an authorization form and a copy of credit card and driver license (a valid photo ID). Products will be shipped directly to the billing address, with no redirection of shipment allowed.

Right to Refuse Service

Real Brand Marketing and Printer(s) reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.

All prices are subject to change without notice, and no adjustments will be made.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format, excluding products labeled otherwise*. Real Brand Marketing is not responsible for any color shift that occurs due to conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes or converting from CMYK to RGB.

All artwork, designs and images must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode (unless otherwise stated). Real Brand Marketing is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated from customer provided artwork.

No refunds for Customer provided artwork for print products will be given – under any circumstances.

Additional fees may apply for submitted files larger than 30MB.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR PROCESSING 2ND PROOF

The first proof for each order is free (included in the printing price). Replacing any files after the first proof has been sent will result in additional charges for each file replacement, as files would have to be reprocessed.

A $10.00 reprocessing fee applies to the following products:
A-Frame Sign, Banner, Business Card, Bookmark, Club Flyer, Collectors Card, Door Hanger, Event Ticket, Floor Decal, Flyer, Framed Print, Greeting Card, Hang Tag, IllumaPrint Panel, Letterhead, Metal Wall Print, Mounted Wall Print, Mousepad, Mugs, Notepad, Photo Plaque, Postcard, Puzzle, Rack Card, Retractable Banner Stand, Rigid Signs, Rip Business Card, Rolodex Card, Roll Label, Special Shape, Sticker, Table Tent, T-Shirt, Wide Format Poster, Window Cling, Window Decal, Window Perf and Yard Signs

A $15.00 reprocessing fee applies to the following products:
Envelope and Staggered Cut Flyer(s).

A $30.00 reprocessing fee applies to the following products:
Booklet, Brochure, Calendar, Catalog, CD Package, DVD Package, Folders, Mini Menu and Posters

COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING & PRINTING

RBM is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by Customers. Screen (computer monitor) proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Real Brand Marketing will try its best to match the gradient density of each color, but shall not be responsible, or held liable for the final appearance of any printed color.

The application of High Gloss UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of printed colors. Real Brand Marketing is not liable for the final color appearance of High Gloss UV-coated products.

ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS PAPER EFFECT DUE TO COLOR

Please note that because letterhead and envelope paper stock is “uncoated”, Printer does not recommend using colors with high color density. By this we mean dark colors (black, purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For the best results, use light colors on uncoated paper stocks.

STICKERS AND ROLL LABELS

Stickers and Roll Labels have not been approved for safety for use on food packaging or for direct contact with food. Do not apply Stickers and Roll Labels to already frozen materials.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All print orders are to be prepaid prior to the order being submitted for Printing. A print proof is provided via email prior to payment and submittal of all orders. Payment of provided invoice upon print proof acceptance is indicated as print order approval by the customer. RBM is not responsible for Customer approved errors.

Real Brand Marketing may cancel your order prior to submitting artwork to the Printer. If a job is canceled prior to going to print, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) and/or administrative fees (credit card fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is $15, or 15%-30% of the total transaction. Once the order has been placed successfully, refunds will not be issued for any design services or printing and shipping fees.

Once the order has gone to print, RBM will not provide a refund. Since each order is unique to the customer, it has no resale value (once it has been printed). All sales are final. If the customer has made an error or approved a design proof with an error, the order will not be refunded under any circumstance.

If RBM verifies that we made an error in the type of file or material ordered, we will have the order reprinted free of charge.

Orders on hold due to file issues will be canceled by Real Brand Marketing if no response is received from the Customer within 10 business days. Charged orders that have been canceled due to no response will be subject to a cancellation fee, as stated above.

There is a NO REFUND for logo and graphic design services that have been completed for print orders that have been placed.

All work rendered for the customer remain Real Brand Marketing’s property until customer has paid in full and discharged all other debts owed to Real Brand Marketing. If Customer misuses our service(s) in any way, Real Brand Marketing reserves the right to contact the parties responsible for the misuse and demand the cost for the service(s).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no resale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that the Printer has made an error, we will request that they reprint the order. No Refunds or Credits will be provided.

It is solely the Customer’s responsibility to ascertain whether a product will work for their specific application. This includes products such as banners, flags, signage, etc. where weather conditions may play a part in the longevity of a product. Recommendations provided by RBM for a product are solely based upon the Print companies’ specifications, and Real Brand Marketing shall not be held responsible for its actual application and use by the Customer.

The Customer must notify Real Brand Marketing within 3 (three) business days of order acceptance to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement, Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time the product was delivered.

A photograph of the product error must be provided to RBM to verify the print issue and request a replacement by the Print company. In no such instance shall delivery damage count as Printer error.

Real Brand Marketing is in no way responsible for the Customer’s use or misuse, conditions of use, and/or storage conditions of final products. Refunds or Credits will only apply to products that have been damaged prior to delivery. Print Refunds or Credits are offered at the sole discretion of Real Brand Marketing and Printer, and any refund will be minus shipping, taxes, credit card processing fees, and other fees as described herein.
